Three ways in, and what each is best for

For anything urgent: locked out, a key broken in the lock, a forced door, a locked car. Answered at any hour.

For photos of the lock or the door, and a location pin. The best way to book planned work, or to get help when talking is awkward.

For written quotes, a business with several doors, or anything you want on paper. Not for emergencies: for those, the phone is far quicker.
Before you ring
What makes the first call quicker
- Where you are: street and number, the part of town, or a WhatsApp pin.
- Which door: flat, townhouse, gate, shop, car or safe.
- What happened: shut out, key lost, key broken, door forced, lock stiff.
- A photo of the lock, if you can take one.
The price is agreed with you at the door before any work starts. Payment by cash, card or Bizum.
