What data, and where it comes from
The website has no forms and collects nothing by itself. Personal data reach the business only when you contact it: your phone number when you call; your number, name, messages, photos and any location you share when you use WhatsApp; your address and email when you write. At the job, the address of the property and the document that shows your right to open it (shown, not kept, unless you ask for it to be noted on the invoice).
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your request and doing the job: steps at your request before a contract, and the contract itself (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Checking the right to open a property, vehicle or safe: legitimate interest in not opening anything for somebody who has no right to it (art. 6.1.f).
- Invoices and accounts: legal obligations under tax and commercial law (art. 6.1.c).
No data are used for advertising, sold, or used to build profiles. No automated decisions are taken.
Who else receives them
- Hosting: the provider that serves the website processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to write on WhatsApp, the service processes the conversation under its own terms.
- Email provider: emails are stored by the mail service the business uses.
- Tax adviser and public authorities: invoice data, when the law requires it.
The fonts of this site are served from its own server: no request is made to Google Fonts or any other font service. Where a provider is in the United States, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long they are kept
Calls, messages and photos are kept while your request is open and for up to one year afterwards for any follow-up or warranty question. Invoices are kept for the periods set by tax and commercial law (generally between four and six years).
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict their use, and ask for portability, by writing to [email protected] with a copy of an identity document. If you think your data have been mishandled, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

Qué datos se tratan y de dónde proceden
El sitio web no tiene formularios ni recoge datos por sí mismo. Los datos personales llegan al negocio solo cuando usted se pone en contacto: su número de teléfono al llamar; su número, nombre, mensajes, fotografías y la ubicación que comparta al usar WhatsApp; su dirección de correo al escribir. En el servicio, la dirección del inmueble y el documento que acredita su derecho a abrirlo (se muestra, no se conserva, salvo que pida que conste en la factura).
Finalidades y base jurídica
- Atender su solicitud y realizar el trabajo: medidas precontractuales a petición suya y ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Comprobar el derecho a abrir un inmueble, vehículo o caja fuerte: interés legítimo en no abrir nada a quien no tiene derecho (art. 6.1.f).
- Facturación y contabilidad: obligaciones legales fiscales y mercantiles (art. 6.1.c).
Los datos no se usan con fines publicitarios, no se ceden con fines comerciales ni se elaboran perfiles. No se toman decisiones automatizadas.
Destinatarios
- Alojamiento web: el proveedor que sirve el sitio trata datos técnicos, como direcciones IP, para entregarlo y protegerlo.
- WhatsApp (Meta): si decide escribir por WhatsApp, el servicio trata la conversación según sus propias condiciones.
- Proveedor de correo electrónico: los mensajes se almacenan en el servicio de correo que utiliza el negocio.
- Asesoría fiscal y administraciones públicas: datos de facturación, cuando lo exija la ley.
Las fuentes tipográficas se sirven desde el propio servidor del sitio: no se hace ninguna petición a Google Fonts ni a otro servicio de fuentes. Cuando un proveedor está en Estados Unidos, las transferencias se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
Plazos de conservación
Las llamadas, mensajes y fotografías se conservan mientras su solicitud esté abierta y hasta un año después, para cualquier consulta posterior o de garantía. Las facturas se conservan durante los plazos que fijan la normativa fiscal y mercantil (en general, entre cuatro y seis años).
Derechos
Puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a [email protected] con copia de un documento de identidad. Si considera que sus datos no se han tratado correctamente, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
